29 CFR 1910.1025(d)(2): Each employer who has a workplace or work operation covered by this standard did not determine if any employee may be exposed to lead at or above the action level: (a) U First Logistics, 8055 Murray Ridge Road, Elyria, Ohio: On or about February 25, 2015, the employer did not determine if any employee was exposed to lead at or above the action level of 30 ug/m3 averaged over an 8-hour period. The employer operates a lead melting operation. Employees routinely melt lead in a furnace and manually pour the lead into molds. Employees are exposed to lead fumes during the melting operation.
