29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by any of the means listed in subparagraphs Location: 146 Waverly Place, New York, NY. a) An employee worked near electrical panels that were not protected against accidental contact. The panels were installed at a height of approximately 3 ft from the floor. The employee was exposed to an electrical shock hazard; on or about 2/25/13.
