29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  The employer failed to provide hazard communication training to instruct employees on how the program would be administered to include labeling and the administration of data safety sheets, to address their chemicals, such as the hazards of hydraulic oil, which can cause respiratory irritation or other pulmonary effects, motor oil that can cause dermatitis, and truck wash and degreaser, which can cause eye injury.
