29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6: Employees working in the shop storage area were exposed to a struck by hazard. One compressed gas cylinder of N.O.S. was in storage and was not secured to prevent it from being knocked over, possibly causing damage to the valve assembly.

29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch: In the shop area, the Ryobi 6 inch bench grinder was missing the tongue guard resulting in an approximate 1 inch gap between the abrasive wheel and the grinder housing, exposing employees to a struck by hazard.
