29 CFR 1926.250(a)(3): Aisle(s) and/or passageway(s) were not kept clear to provide for the free and safe movement of material handling equipment or employees: On or about February 20, 2015, at the above addressed site, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard while walking through a passageway that had stacks of drywall stored against the walls of that passageway which were not secured to prevent displacement.
