These boxes are manufactured to be mounted in a fixed location. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) Power conductors to the Bliss C-60 press were not protected from damage. Strain relief had been compromised when the flex conduit the conductors were in pulled loose from its fitting. Abatement verification is not required for this item. Corrected during inspection.
