Railroad St., Kearney, NE 68845 (Site-Wide): The employer is failing to ensure that an employee was not allowed to operate forklifts without their performance being evaluated following an incident where an employee was struck by a car which was struck by a forklift. The forklift operator continued to operate the forklift before receiving refresher training.      Abatement certification is required for this violation.  Abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citation.
