29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the chemical contained therein: (a) Concrete Revolution at 1221 Pecos Street, Denver, CO: On and before February 27th, 2015, the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the chemical contained therein. Employees mixed and applied resin and hardening chemicals to concrete countertops. The containers were marked as Part A, Part B, and Resin. The containers used to store these chemicals did not have labeling that would identify the contents of the containers. This condition exposed employees to health and physical hazards.
