29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about 02/26/15, at Roy Lester Schneider Regional Medical Center, in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, an employee was conducting electrical maintenance work from a vehicle-mounted aerial lift without any means of personal fall protection. PLEASE NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
