29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of 29 CFR 1926.501. a) Jobsite: Third 2nd level - No means of fall protection was used to protect employees from falling off the unprotected open sides and edges of the residential construction building. Employees performing framing operations approximately 11 -19 feet above ground level were exposed to fall hazards. Observed on or about 2/25/15. City Builders was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 994624, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 1/06/15, with respect to a workplace located at 924 New Market St, Philadelphia, PA 19123. City Builders was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 950621, citation number 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/15/14, with respect to a workplace located at 3500 Indian Queen Lane, Philadelphia, PA 19129.
