Results were calculated for a 460 minutes sampling period with a zero concentration assumption for the remaining 20 minutes.  The employer did not administer a continuing, effective hearing conservation program.    b) Machine operator (Involver machine):  On or about February 23, 2015 and at times prior; the employer exposed the employees operating the involver machine to noise at levels of 67.7% (equivalent to an 8 hour time weighted average TWA of 87.1 dBA) which is 1.35 times the action level of 50% (equivalent to an 8 hour TWA of 85dBA).  Results were calculated for a 455 minutes sampling period with a zero concentration assumption for the remaining 25 minutes.  The employer did not administer a continuing, effective hearing conservation program.      c) Machine operator (Rewinder machine):  On or about February 23, 2015 and at times prior; the employer exposed the employees operating the involver machine to noise at levels of 59.9% (equivalent to an 8 hour time weighted average TWA of 86.3 dBA) which is 1.20 times the action level of 50% (equivalent to an 8 hour TWA of 85dBA).  Results were calculated for a 454 minutes sampling period with a zero concentration assumption for the remaining 26 minutes.  The employer did not administer a continuing, effective hearing conservation program.      d) Machine operator (Core Stripper machine):  On or about February 23, 2015 and at times prior; the employer exposed the employees operating the Core Stripper machine to noise at levels of 71.6% (equivalent to an 8 hour time weighted average TWA of 87.5 dBA) which is 1.43 times the action level of 50% (equivalent to an 8 hour TWA of 85dBA).  Results were calculated for a 435 minutes sampling period with a zero concentration assumption for the remaining 45 minutes.  The employer did not administer a continuing, effective hearing conservation program.
