29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about February 19, 2015, at Lot 29A, 426 Devon Brook Court, Lawrenceville, Georgia: Four employees performing framing work were exposed to struck-by hazards from falling tools and materials of the employees working above them and the materials they handled above them when they did not wear head protection. Abraham Resendiz-Padilla was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 989715, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 20, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 5480 Rialto Way, Cumming, Georgia.

Abraham Resendiz-Padilla was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 989715, citation number 1, item number 4, and was affirmed as a final order on October 20, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 5480 Rialto Way, Cumming, Georgia.
