29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  On or about February 19, 2015, at Lot 29A, 426 Devon Brook Court, Lawrenceville, Georgia:  Four employees performing framing work were exposed to struck-by hazards from falling tools and materials of the employees working above them and the materials they handled above them when they did not wear head protection.   Abraham Resendiz-Padilla was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 989715, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 20, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 5480 Rialto Way, Cumming, Georgia.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.  On or about February 19, 2015, at Lot 29A, 426 Devon Brook Court, Lawrenceville, Georgia:  Two employees performing framing work were exposed to struck-by hazards from wood chips and nails when they used nail guns without wearing eye protection.   Abraham Resendiz-Padilla was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 989715, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on October 20,2014, with respect to a workplace located at 5480 Rialto Way, Cumming, Georgia.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  On or about February 19, 2015, at Lot 29A, 426 Devon Brook Court, Lawrenceville, Georgia:  a) Three employees performing framing work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 19-feet and greater when they worked from the unprotected edge, top plate, and trusses of the house without using fall protection.   b) One employee performing framing work was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10.4-feet and greater when he worked from the garage roof of a house without using fall protection.   Abraham Resendiz-Padilla was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 989715, citation number 1, item number 4, and was affirmed as a final order on October 20, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 5480 Rialto Way, Cumming, Georgia.
