29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about February 27, 2015, on the rooftop, located at 819 Rockside Rd., Pinnicle Park Dr. Seven Hills, 44131, employees were exposed to an approximately 22 foot 9 inch fall while they were permitted to sheet the trusses of the 7/12 pitch roof without having their onsite personal fall protection harnesses and lanyards connected.
