Where wet processes are used, drainage shall be maintained, and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places should be provided where practicable.    On or about March 2, 2015, the facility was not kept as clean and orderly as the nature of the work allowed.     a. Finish department, excessive water on the floor. There was a buildup of electrical scrap material off to the side and in the walkway. Employees exposed to a fall and slip hazard.   b. Ceiling area, there was a buildup of construction debris and around the radial arm saw there was an excessive buildup of scrap materials that the employee was walking over.
