Examples of guarding methods are-barrier guards, two-hand tripping devices, electronic safety devices, etc.      a) On or about February 23, 2015 while operating a DoAll vertical bandsaw s/n 84032 to remove excess material from metal casting the guard was not adjusted to be the size/height of the material being cut resulting in an amputation of three fingers.
