29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b). Worksite: The employees who were framing from the roof of a residential building under construction at a height above six feet were not protected from fall hazards by the use of guardrails, safety nets or personal fall arrest systems. C & E 976, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 976005, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1a, issued on 8/19/2014 with respect to a workplace located at 162 State St., North Haven, CT and became a final order on 9/16/2014.
