29 CFR 1926.1430(e): Crush/pinch points. The employer must train each employee who works with the equipment to keep clear of holes, and crush/pinch points and the hazards addressed in 1926.1424 (Work area control). On or about February 26, 2015 in front of the control center at 2200 Old Spanish Trail in Westlake, LA, the employer failed to ensure that the employee was trained to keep clear from the hazard of crush/pinch points of a Broderson Crane 4 Wheelsteer (Model #IC-200-3H) while on jobsite.
