29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates and markings were in place and maintained in a legible condition:     (a)  The yellow 8,000 lb capacity Caterpillar ("Big Cat") fork lift did not have a nameplate on in.    (b)  The nameplate on the yellow 5,000 lb capacity Caterpillar ("Little Cat") fork lift was not legible.    (c)  The nameplate on the Toyota fork lift was not legible.    (d)  The nameplate on the outdoor Clark forklift was not legible.
