(b)  The nameplate on the yellow 5,000 lb capacity Caterpillar ("Little Cat") fork lift was not legible.    (c)  The nameplate on the Toyota fork lift was not legible.    (d)  The nameplate on the outdoor Clark forklift was not legible.
