29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) Zima Corporation at 203 Washington Street, Denver, CO 80203: On or before March 2, 2015, the employer did not ensure a written hazard communication had been developed and implemented for the company. This condition exposed employees to health hazards such as but not limited to carbon monoxide generated from the use of a gasoline powered sprayer in a parking garage.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) Zima Corporation at 203 Washington Street, Denver, CO 80203: On or before March 2, 2015 the employer did not ensure employees were provided effective training and information on the health hazards associated with carbon monoxide generated from the use of a gasoline powered sprayer located in the parking garage. Other hazardous chemicals that can exist in the work environment include but are not limited to crystalline silica which is contained in some of the stucco products.
