Employees that voluntarily used half mask respirators were not provided with the information in Appendix D to this section. b) Products Finishing, Inc. / 2002 Greengarden Road, Erie, PA: On or about March 2, 2015 employees voluntarily used filtering facepiece resiparators (dust masks) (3M brand 8210 N95) during grinding operations. Employees that voluntarily used filtering facepiece respirators were not provided with the information in Appendix D to this section.
