29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(iii): Areas in which flammable liquids are transferred from one tank or container to another container shall be separated from other operations in the building by adequate distance or by construction having adequate fire resistance. Drainage or other means shall be provided to control spills. Adequate natural or mechanical ventilation shall be provided:    a) Collision Care Auto Body Centers, Inc., South Philadelphia - The employer did not ensure that the mixing room, the area where the Paint Gun Washer and the Sidewinder solvent recovery unit are located were separated by adequate distance or construction having adequate fire resistance, exposing employees to fire hazards.  Observed on or about 2/25/15.     b) Collision Care Auto Body Centers, Inc., South Philadelphia - The employer did not ensure that drainage or other means to control spills was provided for the 5 and 55 gallon drums for the paint gun washer waste and the 5 gallon drum for the waste from the solvent recovery unit waste, exposing employees to potential fire hazards.  Observed on or about 2/25/15.

The employer provided employees with disposable latex gloves, exposing employees to hazards from skin absorption of chemicals such as, but not limited to isocyanates.  Observed on or about 2/25/15.
