29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: On or about March 3, 2015 , at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not ensure break areas used by the Transportation Security Administration officers in the F-2 ramp were kept in a sanitary condition, exposing the employees to potential health hazards. The Transportation Security Administration was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312393994, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/11/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 28845 Lockheed Drive, Eugene, OR, 97402.
