29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special handtools for placing and removing material(s) were not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone: a) On or about March 3, 2015, employees were exposed to injuries from an inadequately guarded Armstrong Blum Manufacturing, model # 81A10, serial # E-418710PCW, band saw along the non-working portion of the blade, resulting in one employee suffering from serious injuries.
