29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14): Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings (including those with chutes attached), where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening is less than 39 inches (1.0 M) above the walking/working surface, was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system: On or about March 04, 2015, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was exposed to a fall of approximately 90 feet while waterproofing a window on a new residential construction project. The Infinite windows, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard fall protection which was contained in OSHA inspection number 100530195, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on , with respect to a workplace located at June 9, 2010.
