29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycles: a/ Ko Fro Foods/Avenel NJ Site: Dough Cutting Machine: The cutting area where pizza dough is cut and where the employee is required to collect the dough as it comes out of the machine was not adequately guarded to prevent accidental contact with the blade during operation. On/or about 03/03/2015 an employee was injured when he made contact with the dough cutting blade while performing the dough cutting operation.
