(b) Diesel fuel storage tank - On or about March 4, 2015, the 12 volts DC electric fuel pump was not grounded. (c) Diesel fuel storage tank - On or about March 4, 2015, the hose from the pump to the fuel tank on the fork truck did not have a continuous ground for bonding the two together.
