29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed: (a) Office Work Trailer - The trailer was not kept clean to the extent possible. Mouse droppings were found in drawers, on the floor, in cabinets and on other working surfaces of the office area. The bathroom area was unclean, the floor was not swept and mold from water damage was inside of, and above the upper cupboards in the office/trailer, on or about March 3, 2015. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
