29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct an annual or more frequent inspection of the energy control procedure to ensure that the procedure and requirements of this standard were followed: On or about March 4, 2015, and in times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that each machine's energy control procedure was periodically inspected during maintenance activities and that an individual record was prepared for each procedure inspected as required by 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii), exposing employees to the hazards associated with unexpected re-energization of machines and equipment.
