29 CFR 1926.502(b)(2)(i):  Midrails were not installed at a height midway between the top edge of the guardrail system and the walking/working level:  a)  Roof, 1411 Grandview Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15211:  Observed on or about February 23, 2015, midrails were not installed on all sides of a work platform.  A crane was being used to deliver construction supplies to the work platform from the ground below.  The lack of midrails exposed employees working on the roof to fall hazards.
