29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section: In the fiberglass shop, two 1 gallon containers of ASHLAND Maxguard LG-NCP-4077TN SEARAY BLUE GELCOAT were not labeled, tagged, or marked with the product identifier and other hazard warning information. Employees were exposed to breathing potentially hazardous levels of airborne contaminants and eye/skin hazards that could result in health effects such as, but not limited to skin irritation; irritation of the nose, throat, airways; and central nervous system depression.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a safety data sheet (SDS) for each hazardous chemical in use: In the fiberglass shop, employees were required to use ChromaPremier Base Color, Chromax Basecoat Blender, ChromaPremier Normal Activator, and Dupont Imron Elite 8430S Appearance Clear Coat and SDSs for each of the chemicals were not available. Employees were exposed to breathing potentially hazardous levels of airborne contaminants and eye/skin hazards that could result in health effects such as, but not limited to skin irritation; irritation of the nose, throat, airways; and central nervous system depression.
