29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: (a) On or about 03/03/2015 - 117 East North Street, Talladega, AL, an employee engaged in the demolition of the enclosed porch on the back of the main structure was not protected from overhead hazards such as, but not limited to, falling debris, lumber, heaters, electrical boxes, pipes, etc.
