29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): The employer did not ensure that only stable or safely arranged loads were handled:  (a)  On or about February 26, 2015 at approximately 6:50 pm, in Dock 14, a load of three (3) I-beams (W12 x 22 x 21'11") weighing approximately 2400 lbs was not stable.  In an attempt to remove the load, the I-beams fell over in the enclosed trailer.  This exposed employees to caught-in/struck-by hazards.
