29 CFR 1926.304(i)(1): Each circular had-fed ripsaw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut:       a) First floor, east end corridor, on or about 3-5-15:  One employee was ripping ½ inch engineered hardwood flooring on a table saw that was not equipped with a hood guard that automatically adjusts to enclose the saw blade.       b) First floor, west end corridor, on or about 3-5-15:  One employee was notching ½ inch engineered hardwood flooring on a table saw that was not equipped with a hood guard that automatically adjusts to enclose the saw blade.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM
