29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Protection was not provided to avoid damage to flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring which passed through doorways or other pinch points: a) West end of the worksite: A 40 foot intermodal container used as an office/supply building had a 120 volt extension cord running into the back of the container to feed electrical power to a heater. The cord was found pinched between the bottom of the closed metal doors and the door frame, and there was no protection to protect the cords and/or prevent the doors from closing.
