29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(C): Flexible cords and cables were run through dorways, windows or floors: On or about March 03, 2015 and at times prior thereto, employees were working on an oil rig site. At trailer 145, there was an extension cord running through a switch box and was being pinched. This exposed employees to electrical hazards.
