29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iii): The employer did not implement measures employees can take to protect themselves from chemical hazards or specific procedures to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures, and personal protective equipment to be used: (a) On or about 02/27/2015, in the pool pump mechanic room, for the mechanic exposed to corrosive muriatic acid spill and became symptomatic, employer lacked measures or procedures to protect employee from the inhalation hazard.
