29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form and scrap lumber with protruding nails, and all other debris, were not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures. At the south side of the structure; employees walk/pathway was obstructed with excessive piles of wood lumber and debris, exposing employees and subcontract employees to tripping hazards.
