29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(iv): Employees did not always stand firmly on the floor of the basket, and were allowed to sit or climb on the edge of the basket or use planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position: 25 Tabor Crossing, Longmeadow, MA: On or about March 6, 2015: an employee was observed standing on the edge of the basket of an articulating boom while removing snow and ice from the roof. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
