29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section: On or about March 3, 2015: Employees in the production area use Wallover cleaner to wipe down Lathes at the end of the shift. The employer failed to ensure all bottles of cleaner was labeled as required.
