29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from caught between hazard(s) created by the opening inside the hydraulic pump station allowing access to the robot and parts conveyor line: a) On or about in the Fab Rail area at or near column GG5; employees who operate the three Gen V Fuel Conduit Pierce Machines and add hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic pump were exposed to caught between hazards, when the back side of the pump shed was open allowing access to the robot and the parts conveyor line. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The guarding device was not in conformity with appropriate standards and or was not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: a) On or about in the Canister area at or near column MMM62; employees on the Line 10 canister line were exposed to caught between hazards of the parts pallet lift and the vibration welder, when the top hinged guard on the welding area was held close with two thumb latches and the bottom hinged guard was held closed by tension clips. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
