29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:    At this worksite, a pendant that controls the overhead Gantry cranes had no strain relief installed as well as a switch box at the bottom of it as well. These locations are located at:    a)Saw and drill area at the east side of the worksite building.  b)Underneath the roller conveyor table at the east side of the worksite.
