29 CFR 1910.24(h): Standard railings were not provided on the open sides of all exposed stairways and stair platforms:   a)         North end of the building at the Exit Door, platform 44 inches high, the platform did not have a standard railing and the  concrete stairs on the west side did not have a standard railing on its north side.    b)         North end of the building  at the Loading Dock, platform 44 inches high, the wooden stairs on the east side did not have a standard railing on its west side.
