(b)  Building 1220 2nd Floor Rear - Plumbers were conducting roughing-in activities near unguarded window openings that had ledges approximately 20 inches from the floor without using fall protection, and they were exposed to a 14 foot, 1-inch fall hazard, on or about March 9, 2015.
