B) Warehouse - On or about May 6, 2015, a section of 12 gauge, yellow, nonmetallic-sheathed cable was used to provide power from the panel box to the electrical box described in instance A.  This cable was not supported or protected from damage as required by the National Electric Code (NFPA 70 - 2014, Sections 334.15 and 334.30).
