29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: A) Warehouse - On or about May 6, 2015, a standard 120V 4X4 electrical box with 1 duplex receptacle, which was designed to be mounted on a wall, was placed on a handrail and used to provide electricity to the Avanti refrigerator. B) Warehouse - On or about May 6, 2015, a section of 12 gauge, yellow, nonmetallic-sheathed cable was used to provide power from the panel box to the electrical box described in instance A. This cable was not supported or protected from damage as required by the National Electric Code (NFPA 70 - 2014, Sections 334.15 and 334.30).
