29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:      Employees engaged in residential roofing activities at heights up to approximately 21 feet above lower levels were not protected by adequate fall protection systems.       Crown Roofing & Exteriors Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or an equivalent standard contained in:       OSHA Inspection number 780261, citation 1 item 1 issued on January 8, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 205 W. Birch Street, New Baden, Illinois 62265;      OSHA Inspection number 459034, citation  1 item 3 issued on June 27, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 13 Joan Drive, New Baden, Illinois 62265;      OSHA Inspection number 459073, citation 1 item 3 issued on June 27, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 19 Joan Drive, New Baden, Illinois 62265.
