29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the appropriate hazard warnings: Harimatec, Inc., Duluth, GA - In the chemical storage and mixing rooms, boxes, cans and bottles containing hazardous substances were not properly labeled with the appropriate hazard warnings. Some of the chemicals included, but was not limited to, diethylene glycol ether mono-n-hexy ether, ethylene glycol, isopropylamine HCL, HMP-SNPB38-25A containing lead, HMP SAC-3--10A containing tin, and diethalonamine, on or about 3/6/15.
