29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) while working from an aerial lift: a) 50 Bryla Street, Carteret, NJ 07008. The employer allowed his employees to work on and from an aerial lift while not wearing any fall protection exposing employees to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet to the ground below. Condition occurred on or about 03/10/15.
