29 CFR 1910.1200(j)(1): The employer did not train employees regarding the new label elements and safety data sheets format by December 1, 2013. Employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals such as pesticide, insecticides that the employer did not train employees on the portion of the hazard communication program that explains the new labeling on shipping containers and the safety data sheets and the order of information and how the employee could obtain and use the hazard information.
