CFR 1926.501(b) (13):  Each employee engaged residential construction activities 6 feet  (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems;      (a)        Brothers Builders. Inc., 13564 E 107th Ave., Commerce City, CO 80022: On and before March 6, 2015, two employees working on pitch, multi-level, single family home were not protected from falling by the use of a fall protection system.  Specifically, the employees were witnessed and photographed conducting framing operations without the use of fall protection. This condition exposed employees to fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.           Abatement Note:  Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
