29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1): Within 10 calendar days after the abatement date, the employer must certify to OSHA (the Agency) that each cited violation has been abated, except as provided in paragraph (c)(2) of this section:      (a)  GG Hales Corners, LLC, dba Xperience Fitness did not provide certification on each of the cited items contained in the citation issued on 4/1/2015:              a)  There was no written hazard communication program developed that described how the critter specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g) and (h) regarding labels, and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and ting, respectively, would be implemented for employees handling chemicals such as the 3M HB Quat Disinfectant Cleaner Concentrate.                  b)  There was no list of hazardous chemicals implemented for employees handling chemicals such as the 3MHB Quat Disinfectant Cleaner Concentrate.              c)  There had been no training implemented that described the new safety data sheet format and the new label elements that are contained within the globally harmonized system of classification and labeling of chemicals (GH) for employees handling chemicals such as the 3M HB Quat Disinfectant Cleaner Concentrate.
